CIVIC ASSOCIATION
The Lakewood Forest Civic Association (LFCA), established in 1985, is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to building a stronger, more connected neighborhood. Through a variety of community events, activities, and services, the LFCA works to make Lakewood Forest an even better place to live.
Homeowners are encouraged to support the Civic Association with a voluntary $15 annual donation, which can be paid through the HOA or directly to LFCA. These contributions are carefully managed by board members and volunteers to benefit all residents and enhance the neighborhood.
Each year, the LFCA plans and hosts events, sometimes in collaboration with the Lakewood Forest Fund (the HOA) and, occasionally, the Lakewood Residents’ Club.
The all-volunteer board meets monthly—typically on the first Tuesday at 6 PM at the Lakewood Forest Fund office. There is no meeting in December. The annual meeting and board elections are held in October at the same location. All residents are welcome to attend, share ideas, and participate as volunteers.
For more information or to contact the LFCA, please visit lakewoodforestcivicassociation.org or find the association on Facebook.

Join the Civic Association
Residents who want to voluntarily join the LFCA for the fiscal year that began on September 1, 2024, and runs through August 31, 2025, can pay their dues at the time they submit payment to the Lakewood Forest Fund for the 2025 annual HOA assessment. Or they can mail their $15 membership (payable to Lakewood Forest Civic Association) to:
Lakewood Forest Civic Association
13121 Louetta Rd
PMB #1025
Cypress, TX 77429
You may also make a payment in person at the monthly LFCA meetings. Please note that LFCA membership dues are not tax-deductible.
Payment to and membership in the LFCA has always been and continues to be completely voluntary. However, we have had a very large percentage of our residents join the LFCA and we thank you for your support over the years. Now we need you to take action to join LFCA for 2025.
