RESIDENT SERVICES & SUPPORT

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Services

(Constable Mark Herman)

Lakewood Forest Fund contracts with Harris County Precinct 4’s Contract Deputy Program, assigning five officers to patrol the neighborhood. These officers spend approximately 70% of their time in Lakewood Forest and the remaining 30% serving Harris County.

The officers are stationed at the Lakewood Substation, located in the same building as the Fund Office at 12415 Louetta Road, Cypress, TX 77429. Since they primarily patrol the subdivision, residents must contact them through Constable Dispatch at 281-376-3472 for non-emergency assistance. In an emergency, always call 911.

For additional law enforcement services, visit the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Office’s online portal.
