How to Get Started

While online payments through the portal are not available yet, it will be for the next billing cycle. In the meantime, you can use the portal to view your payments, submit ACC requests, and see any deed violations on your account.

  1. Click the Activation Link in your email from AppFolio to set up your account. Be sure to check your spam folder.
  2. Follow the Instructions to create a password and log in.
