How to Activate Homeowner Portal
To receive an email from AppFolio, our homeowner portal, email the General Manager (GM@lakewoodforestfund.com). When you click the activation link in the email you will receive, you’ll be taken to a secure and user- friendly platform where you can easily access important tools to stay connected with your community.
In the portal you can pay HOA dues, submit ACC requests, and see any deed violations on your account.
